Drawing on his experience as an Olympic medal winner, coupled with extensive experience in senior management roles throughout his corporate career, company Founder and CEO Stuart Carruthers has developed a framework that focusses on transformational leadership and high performance outcomes.
Through close partnering with our clients, and informed by SHL Insights, we work with individuals to increase self-awareness surrounding their preferred leadership styles, building on their existing capabilities to enhance performance and achieve both individual, and organisational goals.
